Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 3 parking spaces are available, 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: 1 Dog allowed 45 lbs or less subject to additional pet fee. Rental Agreement signature required in order to stay with a pet. Pet mut be leashed and picked up after at all times.
Accessibility: Accessible by 1 flight of stairs only, no elevator
