This inviting pet friendly townhome, nestled in a small and quiet building, is situated on the Intracoastal and offers multi-level living and a screened private balcony. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Load up the kayaks or paddleboards from the garage for an adventure on the water or enjoy the heated pool. To visit the beach, load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and enjoy the quick 4-minute walk to the beach.

This beautifully appointed coastal retreat features a bright, open living space with modern furnishings, a queen pullout sofa, and Smart TVs throughout for easy relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen offers updated appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The primary suite includes a comfortable king bed and private ensuite bath, while the second bedroom is perfect for families with a queen bed and twin bunkbeds. Guests will also enjoy added conveniences like parking for two vehicles (one in the garage and one in the driveway), private washer and dryer, plus access to kayaks and paddleboards stored in the garage—perfect for making the most of your time on the water.

Know before you go:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 3 spaces; 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage
• Pet Policy: 1 Dog allowed 25 lbs or less subject to additional pet fee and approval. Rental Agreement signature required in order to stay with a pet. Pet mut be leashed and picked up after at all times. Excessive cleaning fees may apply upon checkout. The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-Dog Hybrid
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 1 (1 flight of stairs required)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
