This grand three-level oceanfront townhome is situated right on the Gulf and offers expansive turquoise ocean views and walk out access to the powdery sands of Indian Shores Beach. Experience the tranquility of waterfront living in a large 3,000 square foot residence with an abundance of indoor-outdoor entertainment space. The living room is grand, with vaulted ceilings and large windows highlighting the sparkling gulf waters. The kitchen is fit for a chef with top of the line appliances and generous counter space, plus seating for all at the large dining room table. The spacious primary feels private and exclusive with it's own walk out balcony, king bed and ensuite with jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds and both include an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional half bathrooms throughout, one in the garage and one on the main level for guest convenience.

• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 2 vehicles may park in the garage, very limited guest spaces in front of the community.
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: In home elevator or stairs
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
