The second bedroom offers a queen bed and smart TV, while the third bedroom also includes a queen bed and smart TV, making the condo ideal for families or groups. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located off the hallway. The bright, open living area is designed in a modern coastal farmhouse style and opens to a private balcony through sliding glass doors—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. For added convenience, the condo also includes a private washer and dryer, making extended stays even more comfortable.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 1 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
